Yes, I have been slacking on catching up my blog page! I haven't even been able to browse family and friends' pages and get updated on all the Christmas fun! With the chaos of Christmas vacation and getting home and settled back into real life; time has just seemed to slip away. Well, I guess I will have to admit the real reason for my slacking! I gave in and decided to read the, much talked about, Twilight series. From almost everyone who has read it has had nothing but good things to say! I will admit, once I started reading, I couldn't put them down! I am not much of a reader and it must be a really, really catching book to keep my attention. I highly recommend this series to anyone and everyone! I finish the first 500 page book in about 3 to 4 days. The second 560 page book I finished just over a day! The third 630 page book I also finished in just over a day! My poor husband has been wondering when he'll have me back! He'll be happy to know that I finally finished; however, he'll need to be prepared to handle the kids while I quickly read the next book of the series called "Breaking Dawn" that comes out this Fall! (So long to wait!)

Oh my gosh!!! I am so glad that you read these books!! While I was home for Christmas my mother-in-law told me about them and let me borrow all 3 of them. I started reading the first one and finished it in a little over a day while home in Utah. I started the 2nd book on the flight home to Omaha and on Monday and finished it last night at 2 AM (and I had to work this morning at 8:00)! I am going to start the third book tonight! I cannot stop talking about these books!! They are so good! Like you, I don't read that much but I love to when I find a good book! These books are excellent and I am almost sad to start the 3rd book knowing that the 4th one isn't out yet. Ever since I started reading them (a week ago) every time I talk to someone about them they have heard of them, got them for Christmas, or have read them! I told Adrienne about them and her friend Betsy let her borrow them today. I told her that they are addicting and that the kids will be neglected when she starts reading them!:) Anyway-- great books! I would recommend them to anyone!!!
If you go to her website there is more stuff you can read. She has out takes n stuff... Oh and after Breaking Down comes out she is suppose to work on Midnight Sun which is Twilight re-written in Edwards point of view. She already has the first chapter posted on her site...
I have heard about these books from a bunch of people as well. I just haven't gotten to reading them yet. I do love a good book so I will have to keep them in mind. I will let you know what I think when I get to it. Sounds like I should start reading them on a weekend when Scott is around to watch Cohen! :)
"and the lion fell in love with the lamb" I'm so glad that we are all reading the books. It's so much fun to talk about it. I can't wait for the movie to come out.
